Fixed-departure weekend routes across Ukraine, published every Wednesday. One loop per weekend, maximum 12 travellers, and a route plan with Saturday and Sunday written out hour by hour.

Weekend Loop departs from Kyiv and runs fixed Saturday and Sunday routes through the Carpathian foothills, the Dniester canyon country and the forest belts of Polissia. Each departure carries a maximum of 12 travellers and stays on mapped, publicly accessible roads and trails.
We do not run trips in Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk or any other area outside government control, and we do not sell routes we cannot drive end to end. If a region drops off the list for a season, it comes off the calendar with it.

04 / How a weekend works
Every Weekend Loop runs the same shape: an evening departure on Friday, a full Saturday, a shorter Sunday, and a return the same night. Maximum 12 travellers on any departure, and the timing is fixed so you can plan around it.
Meet the group at the station or pickup point named on the route card. We travel together, reach the guesthouse by late evening, and the guide walks the weekend plan through over a short dinner.
The full day on foot or by minibus, shaped around one region. Breakfast at 08:00, two stops before lunch, an afternoon stretch with time to sit down, and dinner back at the guesthouse.
A shorter morning route, usually four to five hours, with a viewpoint or a market stop. Bags stay at the guesthouse until we collect them on the way out.
Departure between 16:00 and 18:00, arriving back at the starting city the same evening. Exact return times are printed on each route card before you book.

Left Kyiv at six, walked the Tustan ridge before lunch, slept in a cabin that smelled of pine. By Sunday we knew all eleven names.
Booked on a Thursday, on the mountain road by Saturday. Our guide moved the afternoon plan when rain came in, which is why I stopped planning these weekends alone.
Three days, two nights, one very long dinner in Kolomyia. The figure quoted at booking was the figure we paid, coffee stops included.
