2. Booking, payment and tourist services
Bookings are confirmed by email after payment; prices and inclusions are stated before you confirm. Operator status and service terms are disclosed under Закон України «Про туризм» № 3725-IX від 10.05.2023.
3. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation terms are stated at booking. Refunds go to the original payment method. Cancel by email to contact@zurovias.com.
4. Martial law and travel conditions
Travel in Ukraine may be affected by curfews, checkpoints and movement restrictions under Указ Президента України «Про введення воєнного стану в Україні» № 64/2022 від 24.02.2022. We do not encourage restricted travel.
5. Liability and complaints
We are liable for our own services as required by law, and not for events beyond our reasonable control. Complaints: contact@zurovias.com; we reply within 30 days. Redress and pre-contractual information follow Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 3153-IX від 10.06.2023.
6. Personal data and cookies
Cookies and tracking that process personal data rely on consent and our privacy notice under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 2297-VI від 01.06.2010.
7. Advertising
Promotional content is marked as advertising under Закон України «Про рекламу» № 3137-IX від 30.05.2023.
